slr2d zarr editing work and consolidation of files

Consolidated old slr2d files (slr2d_report.html and slr2d.ipynb files) in CIDA folder into a new child folder "slr2d"; added new notebook, "slr2d_zarr_edits.ipynb", with edits to zarr store to render properly with xpublish to the same child folder created. Edited zarr store written to following location: 's3://mdmf-workspace/gdp/directory/slr2d_edits.zarr/'
