slr2d zarr editing work and consolidation of files

Brennan, Peter R requested to merge feature/slr2d-zarr-edits into main

Consolidated old slr2d files (.html and .ipynb files) in CIDA folder into a child folder "slr2d"; added new notebook, "slr2d_zarr_edits.ipynb", editing zarr store to render properly with xpublish. Edited zarr store written to following path: '/caldera/hovenweep/projects/usgs/centers/ncasc/slr2d/slr2d_edits.zarr'
