Context

This MR aims to apply some of the feedback received from the Findex regroup meeting. This feedback pertains specifically to the global maps showing weighted threat scores for major and sub-threat categories by basin (and their legends).

Summary of changes

This MR consists of two changes:

  • Rearrange color palettes to more closely resemble to colors used in the paper
  • Change the exploitation threat category to "Fishing pressure"

Expected results

Expected results should include a recolor of the existing maps and legends in src/assets/images/.

Verification of results

The expected results should consist of the following:

Habitat maps and legends change from yellow to green.

Pollution maps and legends change from blue to yellow.

Exploitation changes to fishing pressure, and the maps and legends change from pink to blue.

Invasive species maps and legends change from green to pink.

Requested Review

  1. Run the pipeline to make sure no errors pop up
  2. Check the output and verify the results.
    1. Are the maps the correct colors? Was exploitation changed to fishing pressure?
  3. I would like to know your opinion on if rearranging the colors is enough, or if we should edit the color palettes to match figure 2 in the paper.
