Fixes dendrogram data source

• Repairs the link to the data source for dendrogram.
• Added the dimensionsColors object that beeswarm uses to dendrogram as well. A global color variable may not be possible, but using the same object to hold the dimension names and colors in each component can at least simplify future edits   Closes #12 (closed)
