Hi Hayley,

Thanks for your notes on this issue #44 - I've addressed:

  • code.json
    • Update status to 'production'
    • Update metadataLastUpdated date
    • We've dropped the convention of adding vizlab- before the repo slug on GitHub, so the GitHub repo urls should just be "https://github.com/DOI-USGS/vulnerability-indicators/"
  • contributing guidelines
    • The url for issues will also need to be updated to https://github.com/DOI-USGS/vulnerability-indicators/issues
  • readme.md
    • The section on running the pipeline references instructions for setting up Science Base credentials, but then doesn't include any - either delete or update, if instructions are needed
  • Update affiliation for Aileen in index.html
  • Delete explore_viz_script.R if not needed
  • Delete content in src/assets/svgs
