Site edits: update Megans headshot image, update site thumbnail to square image, update Drakes citation

Azadpour, Elmera requested to merge site-edits into main

This MR:

  1. updates Megans image per her request (placed in S3 bucket and read in)
  2. updates site thumbnail to square image
  3. update Drakes citaiton to be Drakes, O. per Oronde's request
  4. add Paola and Yajaira name mentions at the end of site for their contributions (note: neither of them have USGS staff profiles so I did not hyperlink anything with their names)

@cnell, can you either update Oronde's headshot in this MR or send to me to do. thanks
